Reviewed Lentil Sausage Soup
"This soup is fabulous. My store didn't have green lentils, so I used brown, and I didn't have leeks, so I doubled up on the onions. Make sure you use a nice, fruity olive oil to drizzle on top. I have made it on several occassions and will continue to do so.
Reviewed Steak with Bernaise
"I was excited to come across a bernaise recipe that did not call for the double-broiler, whisking method. I served this over a tenderloin and it was fabulous. I'm hosting a dinner party this week and will be serving it, again.
