"Great! You do have to let it do it's own thing. I think some people are sauce makers and some are not. If you don't have the patience to look and not touch then you shouldn't try this recipe. It is fantastic and so easy if you follow directions.

"WOW! A wonderful and easy sauce that can make pretty much anything taste like magic. I have made it with both frozen and fresh berries, with and without the liqueur, and with slightly less sugar at times...it is always delicious! I strain mine as well but that is just a personal preference. Try it! You will not be disappointed and neither will your guests.

"Great soup. I have used it for dinner parties but also just for family dinners. I do suggest having everything cut and measured before hand because this recipe moves fast. The hot sauce adds just the right touch. If you have a food mill try it on this recipe. It does take longer but it makes the texture fantastic. It is well worth the effort!
