Very good way to serve interesting green beans. I upped the garlic & sardines for more flavuh. Used red peppers as EM4BERN suggested. Also threw in some mushrooms as I had them on hand. Went over well with guests at a dinner party.

This is truly a yummy, original blend of flavors & textures. Takes basic mac & cheese to a nicer level. I also cooked the noodles al dente & that helped alot. It makes one 9x13 which means nice leftovers for our family. Everybody gobbled it up! Will be my new go-to! I was skeptical about egg noodles but man, they were perfect."

They were just wonderful altho mine didn't look technically as pretty as hers. The flavor of the sauce against the heavy starch of the potatoes was spot on! The kids love the potatoes & I loved the sauce making it such a delicate balance of flavors. It's not too sour if you use the sauce gingerly & add more as you need. A lovely & simple dish.

This was incredible! The roast was moist & flavorful. The whole family loved it....even the kiddos. The pancetta didn't stay on too well & I worried it would not cook well, but the flavor was amazing. It was so easy....definitely going on our family rotation now!
