Reviewed Lobster Roll

Ok, these CAN be GREAT if you make them right, but that will REQUIRE varying the recipe. Here is what I did to make them excellent:

*Drain the lobster completely; dry with paper towel as if it were greasy fried food
*Lemon juice is ~1-2 tblsp
*I replaced the celery with peeled and de-seeded cucumber
