"Great recipe. I substituted black beans for pork and it was delish! And so much less fuss without having to cook the pork. I also made an extra and froze and it was equally good (if not better.) Had to go to a Spanish market for the tomatillos, and had trouble locating the canned hominy for my second attempt (tonight), but trying it with cooked gr"
