Best meatballs I've ever had. Used all the ingredients except I didn't have any fresh parsley on hand so I used about 1/4 cup dried (Penzeys). My son and I made these for a weekend family dinner and had lots of leftovers. Will try these again but with ground beef to see how those taste."

I'm always looking for the ultimate hot chocolate recipe and was hoping this would be it, but I'm just not sure. Even though it was thick it didn't have a rich, chocolaty taste. I may try to modify it somewhat along the lines of some reviewers or just keep searching for that elusive "ultimate"."
