"Ok, so I cheated. I did not make the crust. I bought a ready made pie crust. I did make the chocolate and WOW! You can just taste a hint cinnamon and then the orange gives it an unexpected zing. I will be making this again. Maybe next time I'll make the crust too.

"I was a little intimidated by the recipe. It wasn't the easiest to cut up and prep the artichokes. But I did my best and it was worth it. The stuffing was out of this world. The fennel adds a great flavor and the fontina melted amazingly. We will be using the stuffing recipe for stuffing other things like chicken and pork chops. My artichokes did not look great but they were perfectly cooked and tasted great.

"Love, love, love. We made all the dishes from this episode and all were good. The meatballs were terrific. We followed the directions without modification. This will definitely be a recipe we will do over and over. Thanks Alex!!!
