Reviewed Cucumber-Lychee Gazpacho with Feta Crostini
"I was out of Lychee's and couldn't get them at our local store's.
So I used canned pears(rinse like you would the lychee) instead. They worked great as a replacement. So if you do not have they lychee try the pears. Will be make this more often as the summer goe's on. Thanks Aarti for a great recipe. "
