This was absolutely amazing.My 3 boys loveD it as well.Like below......the salsa is out of this world!!!!!I did have a five pound bird,that I finished it off in the oven,maybe if I had a 3 pounder,it would have worked.I was afraid of it overcooking the sides....and the center wasnt cooking well.Even so....Id do this again in a heart beat!EXCELLEN...

Are you kidding me????This was,hands down,the best turkey/gravy I have ever made!It was excellent!Everyone raved about it!The gravy has THE best flavor!I will be making this again,and be passing it along to friends!...May be pricey for everything involved.....but its all about quality!You get what you pay for!Thank you Anne!""
