Delicious and easy - with one caveat:
If I had used as little popcorn as the recipe called for, I'd have had caramel studded with the occasional kernel. I ended up using at least 15 cups of popcorn (maybe closer to 18) and it is still covered and delicious and actually tastes like popcorn.

I'll be drizzling some dark chocolate...

This is by far the most successful gnocchi recipe I've ever tried. They really are pretty light. The dough came together easily, and I did use my mixer (judiciously), finishing incorporating the flour by hand.
