"Affordable is so relative, so I'll elaborate. I have been using the same discount store cutlery for years and years and finally treating myself to a nice set of knives. I'd like to stay under $100 but would go higher if I can catch a good sale on an even better set of cutlery. Suggestions? Which set do you like and why? Pros/cons?
