This was delicious! However, I could not cook it on high in my slow cooker for the full two hours. I ended up cooking it on high for one hour and then on low for the second hour. Also, I would have been hard-pressed to stretch this for four eaters - not four of my eaters. Next time I will triple the recipe. But it was fan-tastic! Oops. I meant to...
