“Excellent, and super easy. I was out of champagne vinegar and garlic, so I used balsamic vinegar and the juice of half a lemon instead and got rave reviews from my guests (one of whom is a chef and asked for my recipe!). Now that I have this very versatile recipe I'll never use bottled dressing on my salad again.
