"This was not good at all. You can't even compare the taste when you try and make a salmon burger with fresh salmon. The canned salmon leaves it very bland. ""

Reviewed Chicken Enchiladas with Roasted Tomatillo Chile Salsa

"These were very good and tasted very fresh. But be forewarned, they do take a lot of prep. If you have an hour to spare for the prep and cooking then it is worth it. Following the recipe exactly, these had just the right amount of spice. The next time I will double the Salsa because I felt like I could have used a lot more. Plus, the salsa was AMAZING. This is a great dish, takes time, but the results are worth it. Definitely double the salsa though.

Reviewed Baked Macaroni and Cheese

"I thought this was really good for a quick homemade mac n cheese that can be made with ingredients from the pantry. It wasn't too bland for us and I think the onions were a great addition.
