Reviewed Homemade Tomato Soup

Overall, this recipe is a wonderful basis. I would give it 5 stars except for the amount of oil and butter, approximately 1/4 cup of fat per serving of soup. Like a lot of reviewers (great tips!), I doubled this recipe but did NOT double the oil or butter.
