Reviewed Prosciutto-Wrapped Beef Cubes with Mustard Pan Sauce

"Thank you Sunny for a delectable, delicious treat! I made this recipe last night following the directions exactly and it came out great. The sauce was so good, I drizzled some on top of the risotto I made to go along with it. I did use toothpicks to hold the proscuitto around the filet pieces however I took them off when I put them in the pan and for the most part, once browned, the proscuitto stayed in place. I think next time, I am going to try smaller wrapped pieces for an excellent appetizer as another reviewer suggested.

The lettuce and tomatoes added a nice fresh flavor that balanced the hot sauce really well. Thanks so much for sharing this dish - it will definitely be great for gamedays!
