I'm an inspired by my wonderful husband, my family and all my friends and as I write this I'm struck by how utterly cheesy that sounds but I am truly at my happiest when I'm listening to music while cooking for my friends and family.
I love grilled foods and I'm super lucky I live in California so I can do it year round. I love cooking with Lemons, Fresh herbs, Tomatoes, Onions, aged Balsamic Vinegar, Ponzu Sauce and Cilantro. I love seafood, all kinds. Salads of all sorts but my favorite will always be a typical Chilean Salad with Tomatoes & Onions. I really enjoy Mediterranean, and Asian cuisine. Just about anything tangy, tart, salty or savory. But my all time favorite thing to make is Grilled Lobster with Sliced Avocados & Tomatoes on a bed of bib lettuce drizzled with olive oil and salt and for dessert sliced peaches with aged balsamic vinegar.
