Reviewed Thai Shrimp Curry

"Absolutely delicious! I thought I would be helpful and let people know about the Thai Kitchen red curry paste, but I have already been beaten to it. Seriously, Emeril? Make your own paste? Reviewed Grilled Romaine With Blue Cheese-Bacon Vinaigrette

"Wow! I LOVE the grilled romaine. If you want to shake it up a bit, try it with a little prosciutto instead of the bacon. It is ALL good. Thanks, Guy."

Reviewed Honey Vanilla Fromage Blanc

"This is absolutely delicious. I had a dinner party and didn't have time to find the fromage blanc, so I used half Farmers Cheese (the kind of cheese used in blintz) and half cream cheese. When I make this again, I think I will use all Farmers Cheese, it was so good. I used twice the vanilla bean, because I love the look and taste of it. The raspberry sauce (with extra Chambord) is a must. Thanks, Ina, for another great recipe.
