Reviewed Baked French Toast Casserole with Maple Syrup

Apr 26, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I made this recipe for my family this weekend and they devoured it! The middle was a little mushy but otherwise it was delicious. Next time I'll use day-old bread which may reduce the mushiness. While the casserole doesn't need syrup, it does make it more like a French toast vs. sticky buns. Paula...yummy!"
