Delicious! Easy, fast and fun to make. Tastes a lot like pizza but even faster. I used Bertolli marinara with burgandy wine, didn't reduce it because it's already pretty thick, just heated it and then put togerher in the ramekin with the other ingredients. After not being able to find the pomegranate molasses even in specialty food stores, I discovered a simple recipe for it from Alton Brown on the web and made it myself a few days before the holidays.
