Reviewed The Ultimate Caramel Apple Pie
"I've made this 4 times now. The first time it had a burnt caramel taste, 2nd time I used a different crust recipe and it was too thick, 3rd time the crust was better and 4th time I had to make the caramel twice for it to come out perfect. I love this recipe, it's so decadent and everyone is always impressed by it (work functions, parties, basic family dinners). It takes some practice to get it perfect but it's worth it.
