Reviewed Ligurian Fish Stew
"This stew is AMAZING! I took some suggestions from previous posts and added an additional carrot and one small diced potato...diced at the same size as the carrots. Everything else remained the same. I added the potatoes at the same time the tomatoes are added, which resulted in both the carrots and potatoes being done at the same time. INCREDIBLE!! A definite keeper!

"Unlike our colleagues from New York (ironic all the negative comments are from New York), I actually liked this recipe very much and will use it over and over again. Perhaps not all of us have reached the level of culinary expertise as our friends in New York, but I will say that I am extremely grateful that FN continues to post simple recipes for us beginners.
