This recipe on it's own is good, but with a few additions can be great.

Coarsely cut up 1 cup of mushrooms and add with the wet ingredients to give the sloppy joe's some more meat-like texture. If you make it to the recipe you'll end up with about a 40% meat, 60% veggie ratio which is great, but the mushrooms will help...
