"Wow, way to go GDL! These cookies are great. I came here to find a recipe to use up excess ricotta that i had lying around and this fit the bill. I pretty much followed the recipe exactly except I used more lemon zest (about 1.5x more) in the cookies and glaze. Reviewed Crispy Herb-Roasted Chicken

"Easy and great tasting. I turned the chicken over about halfway through in the oven because I thought the skin side might get too brown.

I omitted the lemon because it tasted great without it. I will definitely be making this again because you get delicious chicken in 20 mins. I didn't try the potatoes so I can't comment on them.

Reviewed Sweet Potato Fritters

"I made these today after seeing Claire do these on her show. They are so good, and so easy to make!

The fritters have a delicious fluffy, slightly creamy texture inside with light crunch on the outside.
