Made the ribs yesterday and they were OUTSTANDING. In addition to being fall-apart tender, moist, and flavorful, they perfumed my house with the beautiful scent of the herbs. This an easy, delicious recipe that will be one of my regulars. I only made the ribs. Will try the glazed grilled carrots and tomato-cucumber salad another time."
