Reviewed Best Ever Green Bean Casserole

"Made the day before. Didn't have half and half so used a mixture of whole milk, butter, and mostly evaporated milk. Followed the recipe until time to mix beans, onions, and sauce. Kept all separate and mixed together before time to bake and poured into a casserole dish. Baked at 350 degrees with other casseroles for about 30 minutes or until bubbly. Did have some trouble with onions but picked out burnt ones and used the rest. I thought the taste was wonderful (and I am the biggest fan of green bean bake at our family gatherings). Will definately make again.

Reviewed Turkey and Stuffing

"I was not looking for a turkey recipe but I am giving this recipe a 5-star because of Alex's Recipe Tip (I saw on her show soaking the cheese cloth in butter and covering the turkey. I stuffed my turkey, seasoned it with salt and pepper and covered it in the butter-soaked cheese cloth just as Alex directed. Took the cheese cloth off about an hour before bird was done. Final result - the bird was beautiful and (even though the bird sat longer then I wanted) the meat was very moist and tasty. This is definately a keeper. Thanks for the tip Alex!

Reviewed Old School Sweet Potato Souffle

"This was really good. Didn't use nuts because some of us can't eat and I forgot to buy coconut. Did use extra marshmellows. Half of my guests thought it was good enough for dessert. Really big hit. Thank you Neelys!
