It was great - especially for the timing of different aspects. Everything was cook perfectly and I added Maine sea scallops, one pound of fresh black-tip shark steaks, two dozen Maine mahogany sea clams, six ears 'jersey' sweet corn, dozen red bliss potatoes & two new vidalia onions - just like a Louisiana crawfish boil.
