Another winner from Giada! I was in the mood to try something different last night and this recipe sounded perfect.
As others have mentioned, it is saucy, but I knew that going in...you can tell if you read the ingredients. 1/2 cup white wine, 1/2 cup chicken stock, can of tomatoes, sounds saucy to me! :)
I also used bacon instead...

This was my first attempt at enchiladas, and it was a huge hit! I used Las Palmas enchilada sauce from the Hispanic section at my grocery store. I followed almost everything, but changed it up a bit: I added some garlic to the beef with the onions. Instead of 2 4oz cans of green chiles, I used one can of chiles and one 4oz can of diced jalapenos. "
