"The chicken was moist and I loved the crust. I adjusted the breadcrumbs.I added progresso italian bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese to the panko breadcrumbs to add more flavor. I also used thin sliced honey ham(my son's favorite). I used different cheeses(gouda and provolone). It was outrageous!"

"This cake is delicious!! I have made this cake several times. For a little variation, I added 1/2 tsp of apple pie spice and 1/4 tsp of nutmeg and 1/2 tbls of orange zest.I also put a little orange zest in the cream cheese icing.I used crushed pineapple instead of diced. My bake time was 35-40 minutes. This is the best carrot cake recipe that I have tried. "
