"I made these last night. They came out perfect. I am freezing them and serving them for Thanksgiving. They are not too sweet. Just right and easy to prepare. I would highly suggest making them.
Reviewed Mini Pecan Pumpkin Pies
"I made them last night. They looked great. I made a mistake and put pumpkin puree instead of pumpkin pie filling which has the spices in it so it turned out a bit bland. I will try them again and add some pumpkin spice to the puree. I would cook the dough the full length of time because they came out a bit soft .
