"This is such a versatile recipe - I used Tilapia, and 1/2 butter beans, 1/2 kidney beans... and even my kids couldn't get enough of it. The sweet and spicy is very present, but perfectly balanced (not overpowering). Thanks for a great weeknight recipe - but I'd make this for company too!!"
