This is such a versatile recipe - I used Tilapia, and 1/2 butter beans, 1/2 kidney beans... and even my kids couldn't get enough of it. The sweet and spicy is very present, but perfectly balanced (not overpowering). Thanks for a great weeknight recipe - but I'd make this for company too!!"

This is a 4th of July staple at our place. We make it by the gallon and even when we're rushed and can't do the straining, it's a big hit. We do add a shot of grape vodka to the "not so virgin" version."
