Great easy recepie. This is the third time I'm making it.
I did modify it a little. Reduced the butter to 2 tbsps only and only used 2 eggs. Added a few toasted walnuts for added texture prior to placing in the oven. Every body loved it. "

Tried several turkey receipies from various chefs. This is the only one we and guests liked and we have stuck to it since I first Rachael present it on TV....I think it was 3-4 years ago. Turkey meat is bland and it does take effort to make a decent dish out of turkey. This receipe is amazingly simple and surprizingly tastly. No changes are needed
