My Activity

Reviewed The Best Easy Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry

"Really good and easy recipe. The only thing I did different was to add 1-2 tbsp soy sauce to the garlic, water, cornstarch mixture and then let the meat marinade in the mixture for a couple hours. Otherwise I followed it exactly. I would highly recommend using Kikkomen soya sauce. To me it had more of a restaurant quality taste."

Reviewed Taco Soup

"Very good!! A must try recipe. But as with most other cooks you do have to tweek it one way or another. I used 2 cans of black beans, rinsed (not a kidney bean fan), ground turkey, and I used 2 cans of chili seasoned stewed tomatoes (we do not have Rotel style tomatoes here in Canada :(, and I did not try the olives-thought they would be kind of weird after cooking so long, then I added a carton of chicken broth to make it more soup like.
