I just watched the show and watched how Ladd made the tenderloin. He smothered the tenderloin in melted butter and seasoned it liberally with lemon pepper on both sides. Then sprinkled on season salt and black pepper. I can't wait to make this!! Hope that helps you evileva :)""

I made these this morning for my family and they were fabulous! I did saute up fresh apples in butter, brown sugar and cinnamin and used prepared pancake batter and had to bake for 40 minutes. They turned out fluffy and golden brown. Great recipe Paula! Thanks! As for the haters out there, do you seriously have nothing better to do then sit around...

DELISH! I made this for some friends coming over for a bbq and everyone could not stop talking about these ribs! They were so tender and melted in your mouth. I never used a brine before either and now I'm hooked. I also used a bottle of roasted raspberry chipotle sauce I found at costco. Amazing!
