Don't know why those neg reviews. Did everything except the salt and added a littel salt peter. Used a cut most wouldn't, chuck-eye. Marinated it for only an hour or two. I put salt on the steaks once they where on the grill. Turned out really good but my wife thought it was a bit too rare!Lol Might try with the cumin next time and let them marina"
