Reviewed Souffled Grit Pudding

"Since you are using quick grits (not instant instead of old fashioned, long cooking grits, the cooking time on the stove top should be about five to seven minutes, not the 15 minutes indicated in the recipe. It is relatively easy to prepare and very satisfying if you like grits. I thought it needed a bit more sugar, but I have a sweet tooth. I would make this again, especially in the winter, but it won't be one of my go-to desserts. "
