“I'm a little partial to Ina's recipes and quite the wine lover, but this sauce got more rave reviews than some I spent 5 - 6 hours cooking! Next time I may add a touch more wine to my glass and omit it from the pan - otherwise perfection. I used a red zin for a nice spice note."”
