Pretty good! Baked cobbler in 9 X 13 pan & pushed the fruit down in the batter. Also, doubled the fruit (used blueberries), dotted top with butter & it browned nicely in 50 min. I make these several times a year, everyone loves them! They make great gifts for friends, I wrap them in pretty/festive fabric squares. Best way to make them is starting with the dough chilled overnight, the melted butter is more easily distributed and not so messy. I use my own butter cream icing, just my preference.
