Reviewed Cilantro Slaw

"I cut everything in half and used bagged coleslaw mix. Too wet so I added 1/4 cup mayo & it helped. Not a bad recipe. "

Reviewed Lazy Chiles Rellenos

"As noted the recipe does not specify boiling water so mine came out rather creamy and watery. used sliced muenster & provalone. pretty good for a first try but as usual with all food network recipes, if you didn't watch the show don't count on a decent final product on the first try"

Reviewed Baked Cod with Olives and Limes

"AWESOME! I used sheepshead fish (don't like cod added the minced garlic and just before finished added 1 chopped roma tomatoe. Super tasty and the left overs were even better. Next time I may try adding superfine chopped onion too. Will DEFINATELY be in my regular dinner menu rotation"

Reviewed Clotted Cream

"this didn't work very well at all. I used a basket style coffee filter inside loose strainer. Took lots of attention, scraping etc for small yield. Flavor was good but over all just not worth the effort. Receipt makes it sound SO easy...guess I should have watched the show instead. "
