FABULOUS! Fun, easy, delish of a dish. I used 75% canola oil, 25% peanut oil to fry. All good. I placed a hefty spoonful of chicken mixture on each wrapper, then topped with about 6 salted peanuts and a sprinkling of chow mein noodles (thanks to tbell023 on 6-20-12) for crunch.
