I found this a very easy receipe to make and enjoy. Great flavor and well I loved it and plan to make it again! Bam it was so good. I served it with a rice pilaf and has some whilted spinace with cherry tomatoes on the side. I used a white greek wine which added a nice flavor to complement the trout. ""
