"I made it last night and it was DELISH!!! My boyfriend loved it so much he was "drinking" the cooked wine and sausage.
My local grocery store didn't have chorizo so I made it with Andule (sp?) sausage instead. It worked. I also skipped the celery BC I don't like to buy ingredients that i can't use again later in the week. Again, it was still good"
My Dad is a Chef in St. Louis and My mother is a School teacher and loves to cook anything and everything with Velvetta. When I cook I love to bring in bits of my dad's cooking style of fancy things and recipes that make sense with my mother's love of velvetta! I am a big fan of anything that is low cost and easy to make!
