I haven't tried it yet, but it's on the menu. To thicken any sauce, you want to cook it at a higher heat until it's at a boil almost. The flavor will concentrate and you'll get a thicker sauce. Just make sure to keep an eye on it and stir it that it doesn't burn.Hope that helps! "

I dunno if this has been noted, but when incorporating the Saffron. First off, you need to bloom the saffron. To do so, add your saffron to just enough water to cover the spice.
