Made this last night and ate them with Anne's tomato sauce. Had them as a sub with fresh boccaccini. Meatballs are moist and flavourful. Magnificent recipe."

Tasty soup, especially with the garlic bread. It would be nice if they used weight instead of volume for the onions. How much is a cup and a half of sliced onions? Tough to measure, especially when one slice of onion can be bigger than a measuring cup.

Decent start to the recipe but the chicken is never done when following the instructions and the panko never browns. I have to partially brown the panko first then cook for much longer,even with single breasts.

Fantastic. Like swmees I used one piece of bacon / leek. The only modification I did was to put the bacon pieces between the leeks before wrapping them in foil, then adding the balsamic with the goat cheese at the end. Gave em a little extra bacon flavour......!""
