My Activity

Reviewed Individual Berry Crisps

"Yummy. I was a little worried as I have not made anything like that before, but it was so easy and tasty. A keeper."

Reviewed Angel Hair Aglio Olio

"Love the flavor of this dish when I had it at a restaurant once, but it took 2-3 attempts to do it right myself. The recipe is seemingly simple, but requires skill and experience to execute it properly. The first time, I cooked the garlic a little too long before throwing the pasta into the pan. Reviewed Pappardelle With Corn

"Simple and refreshing. Like what other reviews commented, this could be a "base" recipe where other ingredients could be added or substituted for variety. Pappardelle wasn't that readily available, but I managed to find it in the Wholefoods market eventually.""

Reviewed Chicken Stew

"Love this recipe. Only change I made was to add bacon which gave the stew more flavour. Will definitely make it again.""

Reviewed Chicken-Zucchini Alfredo

"Easy recipe to prepare and the taste is not bad. I didn't have any parsley so decided to add green onion. It still tasted quite good. It is not "wow" good recipe, but easy and tasty enough to get added to my list of "staple" recipes for variety/change.""

Reviewed Massaged Kale Salad

"Made this recipe the second time. Both times turned out great. I used the normal green kale instead of black kale as I can't find any. Also, I substituted the salad dressing with a poppy seed dressing as I ran out of honey at home. It was yummy. Even my husband who hated kale loved it."

Reviewed Cauliflower and Bacon Gratin

"This recipe makes cauliflower taste more interesting. I cheated and used ready made white sauce to make it and as I didn't have the right cheese, I substituted with parmesan cheese. Still it tasted good. Would definitely make it again."

Reviewed Linguine with Tuna Puttanesca

"Made it a couple of times in the last two weeks. Very easy and quick to make, the recipe is very forgiving, even though I didn't follow the measurement strictly. It was very delicious and we absolutely love it, the kalamata olives and capers really makes all the difference. It now goes into our meal rotation."
