Add extra broth (some from cooking the turkey neck etc. would really help), bake in a low oven (300 degrees) about an hour���. Test with your meat thermometer; you want 165 degrees minimum. I whisk a few eggs into the broth before making dressing to cook in a pan. Depending on the pan and your oven, you may have some stuffing "toast" onto the pan...

Gave it 3 stars because I did not make this recipe, but this idea did not carry over to pre-cooked mashed potatoes.

Mixed fork-crushed avocado with stiff mashed potatoes; rested on stove 10 minutes while we had salad. Potatoes & avocado had turned to SOUP in the meantime.
