“Perfect Piccata. Followed the recipe to the letter. Well almost--I may have used a bit too much lemon juice so I added two pinches of sugar to round out the flavors and decrease the acidity.
Delicious. Served with vermicelli with broccoli, oil and garlic. Great, easy dinner. "”
