This recipe looks delicious and the ratings back that up. But we all know shrimp cooks in the blink of an eye. How do we avoid tough, rubbery shrimp if it's cooked at 375 degrees for over an hour? Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated.

I'll be honest here. Most chicken recipes leave me flat, but this one is a keeper. Jeff's approach "breaks all the rules" as he said. I'm glad he did for at last I can look forward to chicken for dinner. It was so good I'm having a hard time not having leftovers for breakfast. :)

Great recipe although a little bland for our tastes, but that was easy enough to fix. A little Allepo pepper, some ancho chile powder, and a pinch of cayenne woke the dish up. Warning folks: ours cooked to a nice golden brown in a 365 degree oven for a total of 9 minutes. Had I used the recipe's advice, i.e. 400 degrees for 30 minutes, I suspec"

Apple-Annie got it right. The dip tastes exactly like tomato soup. But I like tomato soup so it gets a few stars. You can save yourself a clean up headache by lining the sheet tray with aluminum foil. Most importantly, start checking on your chips at the 6 minute mark. Ours we seriously overdone when I first looked in on them at 8 minutes. Up"

Aarti, we're indebted to you for this one. Both my wife and I would have rated this 10 stars if the rating scale allowed. I never could have envisioned a kale salad tasting as delicious as this was. I followed the recipe exactly as written and I wouldn't dream of altering it. Thanks again! Slainte!"

I'd been wondering what to do with that leftover turkey in the freezer when I fortunately came across this recipe. We've been on a "let's eat better" kick as of late, so Giada's inclusion of greens in this dish sealed it. Without exaggeration, this was one tasty, beautiful meal that was as healthy as it was delicious. It's hard to believe you c"

Bobby did it again with this killer recipe. By and large fish may be good for you but it's not normally a particularly flavorful ingredient. Not so when said fish gets the Escovitch treatment. It was a dynamite meal.

However, it would be *really* helpful if FN would read their recipes before posting them. In this instance they...

Since I smoked our brisket over hickory I can't honestly rate Jeff's approach though I'm sure it's excellent. Despite all that, I've rated this one as a Five Star thanks to his red cabbage slaw. It was by far the best slaw I've ever tasted! And its clean, fresh taste and world-class crunch made it a perfect compliment to the brisket. Without e"

Fantastic tastes and fun to do. Just watch your time on the grill because the dough will cook up very quickly. WARNING: recipe as printed has a huge mistake. It calls for one CUP of wine, but Bobby uses an entire bottle on the show. I'm sure of that because I caught a repeat of the show after making the dish. In the correct version the reduce"

Excellent mole! Well worth the effort. If you are having trouble tracking down the chile powders, please Google Pendery's and The Spice House. Although we typically love Aaron's recipes, this one was not one we'd do again. Other reviewers have noted how the truckload of salt ruined the dish. Fortunately we saw that typo for what it was and added just a light pinch. Hate to say it but this sort of sloppy typing has appeared in other FN recipes, so use your good judgement when you find "

Bobby's well known for coming up with some imaginative and delicious dishes. This is one of his best. The salsa, thanks to the corn being grilled with the husks on, is beyond good....way, way beyond! Excellent recipe that turned out great despite the number of disconnects between the video, the ingredient list, and the directions. Secondly: the posted cooking time is 6 minutes. That needs a little adjustment..
