Reviewed White Chicken Chili
"I gotta say - this is a fantastic recipe. I had heard a lot about white chicken chili (but had never had it) and I was also curious about using rotisserie chicken in a recipe (which I had never done). After I saw it prepared on the show, I gave it a shot. It is SO GOOD! Very easy. After reading the comment about it being more soup-Iike, I made sure to mash the beans all of the way. It thickened up nicely for me, although I may have cooked it longer than 25 min. I will definitely be making this often. It would be a great meal to make for a casual dinner with friends. Thanks for a great recipe!
