Reviewed banana bread with pecans

This recipe is fantastic. I tried two recipes from the Food Network. The other one called for oil and sour cream. This recipe uses butter and is far superior. I used two smaller loaf pans and added dry cherries to one. It was wonderful. I think I will always add dry fruit to the banana bread in the future. Thank you, Tyler.

Reviewed hummus for real

I tried this because of the 5 star rating -- I found it way too watery and added more chickpeas. I also found it way too salty, even with adding the extra chickpeas.

Reviewed Raspberry-Lemon Easter Cake

The cake was good. I would definitely add more lemon zest to amp up the lemon flavor. But it was very moist. The frosting was a mess. I wish I had read the reviews before I made it. I will try the frosting again, just to see if I can get it right. My family loved the butter flavor, but it was runny and thin. ""
